“The New Defenders Part Two”

To start with we have a usual recap of “Previously on Power Rangers Defender Force”.

Scene 1: The same as Scene 12 from Part One. The camera shows Zintra and Deltron. Then we see Roger’s face.

Zintra: Surprise!

Roger turns to all the recruits quickly and shouts:

Roger: Get out of here now.

Most of the recruits run out of the training yard, but the four that Roger had been chewing out are a bit hesitant, well all except for Alison.

Roger sees that they are a bit hesitant

Roger: THAT’S AN ORDER!

The four make it out of the yard, but they only hide behind the wall.

Back in the yard, Roger is standing ready for battle with Zintra and Deltron.

Deltron: You didn’t think we’d just let you continue spoiling our plans did you.

Zintra: Such simple-minded humans, such a waste. You don’t stand a chance now.

Roger: Oh you mean your daddy finally found someone that can actually fight better than his children?

Zintra: You’ll pay for that.

Zintra then takes the disc and throws it into the air like before, only now new Crimites develop. Now the soldiers have special beam lasers as left hands. Plus, some are equipped with beam sabers.

Deltron: FIRE!

Then Deltron, Zintra, and the Crimites all fire their weapons at Roger. Roger manages to jump away the spilt second before the blasts would have hit him.

Roger stands up.

Roger: Engage, Defender Force!

We now go through the usual computer morph sequence.

Scene 2: We see the four recruits looking in awe at the fact that the man that had been chewing them out moments ago, has just now become a Power Ranger

James: SWEET. The dude is a Power Ranger!

Roger: This changes everything.

Karen: Wow.

Alison: Big whop.

Scene 3: Back in the yard. The Red Ranger is standing ready for battle.

Zintra: Destroy him.

The Crimites begin charging the Red Ranger. The Red Ranger is now involved in a martial arts battle with not only the Crimites, but Zintra and Deltron as well.

The battle goes on a short while.

Scene 4: Back to the teens secretly watching the battle.

Alison: We’ll he seems to have everything “under control” so I’m outta here.

James: Are you crazy, the guys out number a million to one.

Alison: Not my problem.

David: We’ve got to help him out.

Karen: As much as I would totally like to help, how are we expected to fight against those, what ever they are?

David: We fight the best we can.

Alison: Are you guys forgetting that that is the same guy that was basically ready to throw us out and was insulting us? Plus, he ordered us to leave.

James: Still, the guy needs some help.

Alison: You guys can stay, but the guy said to do as he commands, so I’m leaving.

David: Oh no your not, your coming with us.

David then grabs Alison’s arm.

She looks at him and gives him an evil look as she says

Alison: Don’t ever do that again.

David giving an equally serious look says

David: Are you helping or not?

Alison: Fine.

Scene 5: We are back to seeing The Red Ranger having a hard time battling the evil forces. Then we see the four teens rush in and engage in battle as well. The Red Ranger and the teens yell at each other while battling the evil forces.

Red Ranger: What are you four still doing here!

James: We’re here to help.

Red Ranger: I don’t need any help now leave!

Alison: Get over yourself. We already know your little “secret”.

Red Ranger: WHAT!

Karen: Yeah, I must say that outfit is really killer.

The teens continue fighting the Crimites, but the Red Ranger goes on to fight Zintra and Deltron.

After battling the two cybernetic warriors for a while, the Red Ranger does a tornado kick and sends both of them flying back.

Red Ranger: Hyper Magna Lasers!

The Red Rangers draws both of his weapons and then morphs them together to form one weapon

Red Ranger: Hyper Magna Cannon! Fire!

The weapon shoots out a large red & black blast. The blast hits both Zintra and Deltron. They are thrown through the air and then hit the ground hard.

The Crimites, being damaged regroup around Zintra and Deltron. They both manage to get back up, but they are smoldering and have some battle damage.

Zintra: You think you’ve won don’t you Ranger?

The Red Ranger is standing there still with his weapon

Red Ranger: It’s over. Surrender.

Deltron: Oh where is the fun in that, besides the game isn’t over yet. There is another piece to this puzzle that you haven’t found yet.

Then Zintra, Deltron, and the Crimites teleport away.

Scene 6: We see the Red Ranger turn around

Red Ranger: Power down.

The Red Ranger is demorphed back to Roger. He begins walking back to the four teens. He starts to open his mouth to begin to chew them out further. However, before he can start in Mr. Kirkright walks up.

Mr. Kirkright: Not to shabby for four teens with little experience.

Roger looks at Chris

Roger: You’re encouraging their behavior! They’ve compromised the Defender Force!

Mr. Kirkright continues to look at the four and grins.

Mr. Kirkright: Maybe not. In fact from what they showed, they might make good…

Before Chris can finish his sentence, Roger interrupts

Roger: OH NO! Don’t you even think about it. We’ve been over this before Chris. I WORK ALONE!

Before Chris can reply, a noise comes from his computer. He pulls it out quickly and then

Mr. Kirkright: We need to get back to the base.

Roger starts off running for the base.

Mr. Kirkright turns back to the teens and says

Mr. Kirkright: You should come with us as well.

James: This is awesome

Alison: Oh yeah, spending more time around Mr. Sunshine.

Scene 7: Back in the main command room of the Defender Force Base. Roger rushes in first and then Mr. Kirkright and the teens follow.

Mr. Kirkright goes over to a computer panel and pulls up a video clip

The video clip airs on the main screen.

Scene 8: Just the footage of the video clip being show. We see a reporter standing in front of a bio lab with police behind her.

Reporter: We are getting word that some sort of monster came into the laboratory and managed to steal the Ricron crystal that the scientists here have been working on. There is still no word on where the creature disappeared to.

Scene 9: The video clip ends and we are back in the command room.

Roger: I’m going over there.

Roger pulls his Patrol Mopher back out.

Roger: Engage, Defender Force.

Again Roger is morphed into the Red Ranger.

The Red Ranger looks at Chris before he leaves

Red Ranger: Don’t do anything with them until I get back.

The Red Ranger leaves.

Allison: Are we done here?

James: This place is too cool.

David: Mr. Kirkright, sir, what is this place.

Mr. Kirkright: Why don’t you all have a seat here.

The teens begin to sit around the main table in the room.

Scene 10: Outside the lab that was broken into and robed by the monster. We see the Red Ranger’s Patrol Zord in vehicle mode pull up to the building. The Red Ranger gets out of the Zord and as he approaches the police line, he shows his Patrol Morpher to the officer guarding the police yellow tape line.

The Red Ranger begins doing his own investigation.

Scene 11: We are now in the main lab where the crystal was stolen from.

Red Ranger: Let’s see if he left any data behind.

The Red Ranger takes his Patrol Morpher out, opens it, presses some of its buttons and then points it around the room. The morpher starts scanning for the monsters left behind data. The morpher locks on.

Red Ranger: Bingo.

The Patrol Morpher starts leading the Red Ranger out of the lab and into the parking garage of the lab.

Scene 12: We are back in the main command room of the Defender Force Base. The teens are sitting at the table and Mr. Kirkright is talking. Also, the main video screen is showing some footage of the evil forces.

Mr. Kirkright: This is Trananix. He along with his daughter Zintra and his son Deltron are an evil space criminal family. For the past year they have been gaining power throughout the universe. They want to gain an iron grip over the entire universe. Once their motives were discovered, a small group of scientist began working Defender Force technology.

Karen: Who all were in this “small group”?

Mr. Kirkright: Myself, some scientist from Silver Hills’ Bio Labs, and an expert in the area of Ranger technology from Mariner Bay.

David: You mean you had help from the famous Angela Fairweather Rawlings?

Mr. Kirkright: Yes.

James: She basically created the entire Lightspeed Technology from the ground up.

Mr. Kirkright: Indeed, Mrs. Rawlings was a great help in developing the weapons and systems for the Defender Force and Bio Labs helped us with the power source.

Karen: I guess this isn’t really stuff you could buy on the Internet.

Mr. Kirkright: Let me get to the point, I’ve read over all four of your backgrounds. You each are unique and I believe all four of you would make great Defender Force Rangers.

The camera shows the teens faces. All of them are in shock.

Alison: You mean join up with that jerk of a Red Ranger?

Mr. Kirkright: I know it seems difficult with the way Roger acts, but this is what he needs. Roger needs to learn that you can’t always fight alone. Roger not only needs you, the entire world needs you.

James: (talking to himself) We’d get to be Rangers. (Now to Mr. Kirkright) I’M IN!

David: This is a once in lifetime chance; I’m in as well.

Karen: This could be really exciting, as long as that helmet doesn’t mess up my hair too much. Ok, you can count on me.

Mr. Kirkright, James, David, and Karen now look at Alison.

Alison: What?

Alison looks away and rolls her eyes then looks back at the group.

Alison: Oh okay, but the first smart remark that Red Ranger of yours makes, and you’ll be looking for a new Red Ranger.

Scene 13: We are back in the parking garage of the labs. The Red Ranger is following the path that his Patrol Morpher is showing him.

Red Ranger: Come on where are you.

Just then the morpher finally locks onto the monster. The Red Ranger looks up and sees the creature near an exit. It is holding the crystal.

Red Ranger: Crystalox. FREEZE!

The monster sees the Red Ranger and then runs out the exit. The Red Ranger puts his morpher back in its holster and draws his Hyper Magna Lasers.

Scene 14: We see the Red Ranger run out of the parking garage. Once outside, the ranger points his lasers out and starts turning around and looking for the monster.

Red Ranger: Come out Crystalox, you’re caught. I’m not letting you off this planet with that crystal.

The Crystalox comes out from behind a dumpster.

Crystalox: What makes you think I’m leaving this planet? With this crystal as a power source, I plan on destroying this planet for Trananix.

The Red Ranger is standing there with his weapons pointed at the monster, but then Crystalox looks like he teleports away. But just then we see the huge Drilling Destruction Machine from Dekaranger Episode 1 crash into the city fully formed. Crystalox is in the cockpit.

Crystalox: Say goodbye Ranger.

The machine starts its destruction. Debris starts to fall around the Red Ranger. The camera shows the machine again. The shot freezes on the machine.
