Linear Review
The Deluxe Super
Gekiclaw serves as both a weapon, and a henshin device. It's used in
Gekirangers to transform the heroes into their Super Geki Forms. Now onto
the review.
The Super Gekiclaw, while simplistic in design, is still a great toy. The claws are done in silver chrome, and also have lines of bendable gray plastic on them. There are two small light up areas on the sides of the front sides of the claw. The Metallic Red paint really stands out well. In weapon mode, it measures about seven inches long & 5 1/2 inches wide. The opening for your hand is about 2 3/4 inches.
Let's start with the Charge Closed Mode. You easily fold the claw portion down until they lock in place. When you press the trigger and release, you get a single charge sound. When you hold the trigger down for a few seconds, the full charging sound will begin. This sound will continue until you press the change button on the side.
When the change button is press, the claws spring back into place & the Super Geki Henshin sound activates. Now with the weapon in attack mode, when you press the trigger you get a metallic slashing sound. However, if you hold down on the trigger for a few seconds, the music for the Gekiranger Themesong will play for about 33 seconds.
You can also wear the Gekichangers while you play with the Super Gekiclaw.
Overall, the Deluxe Super Gekiclaw is a great addition to any Gekiranger Fan's Collection. Yeah, it may look a bit small and simplistic, but it's still a great toy. When you wear the Gekichangers and hold the claw, you really begin to get the full effect and enjoyment out of the weapon.
