"Happy Birthday, Zack"

Ernie keeps the Youth Center open late so the kids can help prepare for Zack's surprise birthday party.  But's Billy's Cake-o-Matic machine goes a bit haywire.	Bulk & Skull then show up to cause trouble, but end up just making fools of themselves as usual.
Rita and her army go over the plan to use the Nasty Knight to attack Zack with.	Ernie sees Zack coming, so the teens rush to take down all the decorations and hide.  Zack comes in and Ernie covers for the others saying he hasn't see them.
In the dark of knight, Rita & her army bring forth the Nasty Knight.	The next day, when Zack tries to drop a hint that it's his birthday, Kimberly plays dumb.  This leads Zack to believe that his friends have completely forgotten his birthday.
After school Zack makes his way through the quarry when he's ambushed by the Nasty Knight & Rita's forces.	Zack Morphs and battles the knight with his Power Axe.  But the Power Weapon is quickly taken down by the knight's sword.
Zordon & Alpha quickly alert the others to the battle going on between the Black Ranger & Nasty Knight.	The others soon arrive to help their friend, but they too find their weapons useless against the knight's sword.
The battle gets big, but even the Megazord's Power Sword can stand against the Nasty Knight.	The Black Ranger then realizes that if they reflect the knight's power back at him, with a bit of their own, that'll allow them to get their attacks through.
It works and the Power Sword is restored.  The Rangers use the sword to destroy the Nasty Knight.	The teens then go to the Youth Center where they surprise Zack with his birthday party.
