News & Information Learned:
4
Inch Figures -- Later in the year we will see releases of the White Ranger,
Red Ranger with Green Ranger Shield, Black Ranger with Green Ranger Shield,
Blue Ranger with Green Ranger Shield & a more armored Green Ranger.
"Morphin
Rangers" -- These figures are the ones with the spinners on their
shoulders. If what I understand from the Collection DX Video &
Information is correct, these figures should morph into the Power
Morphers? It also looks as though these figures will come with various
Power Coins based off of the first season's Dino Power Coins & season
three's Ninja Power Coins, as well as some generic Power Coins.
"Cell
Phone Rangers" -- Yeah, it also looks like pair of Ranger Figures will
be released that morph from a "Ranger Mode" to a "Cell Phone
Mode".
New
Mix & Morph Sets -- There will be more new Mix & Morph Sets released
later in the year, plus another Mix & Morph base will be released, this
one done in the style of the Red Ranger's helmet.
Zord
Vehicles with Figures -- These new Dino Head Race Car looking vehicles come
with Ranger figures.
Cycles
with Figures -- These new cycles feature rip cord actions and come with
armor & race themed Ranger figures.
Morphin
Racer with Figure -- For the Fall Line it appears that another Morphin Racer
will be released that is made for the Green Ranger. It's blue &
green and has some robot/Megazord from to it.
Deluxe
Megazords -- Deluxe Mix & Morph Titanus. This Titanus Carrier Zord
not only holds a Mix & Morph Base inside of him, but he can also carry
the Deluxe Dino Megazord just like the show. There have also been
reports that a Deluxe Dragonzord will be released in 2011 that may feature
lights, sounds, and possibly motorized action.
2
Inch Mini Rangers -- Continuing the 2 Inch figure line, we will be getting
figures of the White Ranger, Red Ranger with Green Ranger Shield, Megazord
& Dragonzord in Battle Mode. There's also been news that we might
also see 2 Inch figures of a Putty Patroller and Rita Repulsa.
Remote
Controlled Flying Megazord -- Yes, Bandai seems to also have plans on
releasing a Megazord that has propellers on it and is remote controlled.
2012
? ? ? -- I really hate to mention this so let me first say this. DO NOT, I
repeat, DO NOT GET CRAZY EXCITED. According to the Bandai America reps
at the Toy Fair, by 2012 Bandai America plans to return to releasing toys
based off of Japanese Seasons, specifically for 2012, Samurai Sentai
Shinkenger. Remember, 2012 is still two years away and a lot could
change in two years. This does not mean that there is going to be a
new Power Rangers season produced. I strongly recommend everyone just
take this news for what it is, just a statement that has yet to be
proven. We just need to wait and see if anything develops.
