Dax worked as a professional Hollywood Stuntman in California, until Mr. Hartford recruited him.  Even though Dax was excited about the idea of being a Power Ranger, the idea still seemed more like a movie script to him.  That was at least until the Guardian of the Crown assured him and the others that they were the world's only hope.

As the Blue Ranger, Dax's excitement had it's ups and downs in battle.  Dax was always willing to see the best in people.  He could also lose sight of his priorities, but when the job needed done, Dax was all focused.  With his Genetically Enabled Spring Jumping, Dax could take his skill to a new level.

After the final battle with Flurious was won, the Crown & Jewels returned to Sentinel Knight, and Mack given new life as a real human, Dax returned to normal life.  But instead of wanting to star in a movie, Dax wanted to direct films.
