Linear Review
Here is the first
changer from Gou Gou Sentai Boukenger, the Accellular. Again, the changer
is based off the design of a cell phone. This really is a great changer,
that includes multiple modes, dozens of sounds, and a nifty way of activating
the Henshin Sounds.
Let us start with the beginning. The closed mode is simple enough, just a mode to carry the Accellular around in, and in the holder if you buy one. (I'll get to the holder later in the review).
Then we move onto the Search Mode. This mode is used by the Boukengers to search for information and data on the Precious. With the Accellular you also get three Bouken Chips. When you activate the Search Mode Black Light, then shine the light on one of the chips, a symbol is revealed.
Finally, we have the Change / Phone Mode. This is of course the mode used in Boukenger to change the heroes into Boukengers. To activate the Henshin sounds, you press the main change button, and then spin the spinner along something. The spinner really adds to the interactivity of this changer.
But not only is this mode used for Henshin, but it also serves as a Gou Gou Vehicle caller. By pressing the "GO!" button, and then selecting one of the number buttons, and spinning the spinner, it will activate the Vehicle Summoning Sounds.
Finally, you can also summon the Mecha Formations with this mode. By pressing the "Robo" button, and then pressing a set of number buttons, and spinning the spinner, it will activate the Combining Formation Sounds.
The Holder for the Accellular is sold separately, but is also a must have. It's made of good quality material. It holds the Accellular in its Close Mode, and can be carried around by a clip you can attach to a belt loop.
All together, these two are must haves for Sentai Collectors. I love it when the Changers have more than one function of Change, and this Accellular is a prime example of this.
Also, for those wondering, I purchased these from jrsellers78 on eBay, and I HIGHLY recommend them. They are wonderful sellers and treat customers great.
