Final Judgment

Both Are Even

Overall, these are both pretty equal.  Bandai America did a good job in keeping the Overdrive Tracker to 99% exactly the same size as the Accellular.  So really, if you can't afford to import the Accellular, you'll probably be satisfied with the Overdrive Tracker.  If you do import, you'll love the Accellular as well.
