Linear Review
This first "Dualdrive" Megazord is Bandai Amercia's second attempt at "Redoing" the Zords from Japan, and doing a poor job at that.  I say "First" Dualdrive Megazord, because, according to Bandai's site, there will be another "Dual Drive" Megazord release later that has a Sonic Streaker, Drill, Shovel, Complete Cement & Complete Crane Zords.  But for now let's get to the review.

I'll start with the Black Dump Driver.  This repaint is almost just like the Red Dump Driver from DriveMax.  However, it does have small connectors for the Sub Driver & Dozer Driver to lock into place in the legs.  Plus, this Black Version actually has two grills.  The first grill covers the second in Zord Mode, but is then removed and placed below the chest in Megazord Mode to make it look, "More Accurate".

The Drill & Shovel Drivers are pretty good, well good for what they are.  The actual drill has to be move around by hand, it does not spin when the wheels turn.  The Shovel Driver is the fair, but missing some paint points.

Now the so called "Cement & Crane Drivers", they are NOT Zords.  They aren't even slippers for a Megazord, they're just, I don't really have a good word for them.  I can not for the life of me fathom why Bandai America tried to pull this off.  I mean when you want to do Cement and Crane Zords, you need to have them have a Cement Barrel and Crane Arm to them.  Plus, the wheels are these things don't even move.  No, both Cement and Crane are just one solid molded piece.

The Helmet of the Dualdrive/Super DriveMax Megazord has the same lights and sounds as the DriveMax Megazord.

The Dualdrive Megazord Formation, as I've decided to call it, looks, well, pathetic.  But, when you do add in the Zords from the DriveMax, it improves the overall look and makes a decent Super DriveMax Megazord.  However, the Cab of the Dump Drivers are upside down, and the Sub Driver doesn't fold in half, so there's still a lot of non accurate features to it.  But I guess for just a Super DriveMax, it's okay.

The Black Dump Driver can, of course, be morphed with the Speed, Gyro, Dozer and Sub Drivers to form a Black DriveMax Megazord that doesn't look half bad.

Okay overall for kids I can't say this is something to rush out and get.  I think that the Second "Dual Drive" Megazord, the one with the Sonic Streaker, Drill & Shovel Drivers, and Complete Cement & Crane Drivers, will be the Megazord to buy.  If it is released, it will be worth it since the Cement and Crane Zords will have their full features.  The Black Dump Driver, Drill & Shovel Drivers aren't too bad, for Bandai America's DriveMax Zord Line.  But the Cement & Crane are a disaster.  Bandai America messed up horribly with those two.  So for Kids, I say wait and see it the better "Dual Drive" is released.  And for collectors, well if you haven't imported the Japanese versions, do so.  If you can't do that, you'll want to wait for the second Dualdrive Megazord, unless you just want a Black Dump Driver.
