There's really not that much to say about this slightly newer version.  Bandai America just went in, put in Red Plastic over the Phoenix Emblem, put Red Plastic in for the wand tip (more show accurate there), and made the Belt Clip out of Red Plastic.  The spells are the same, the volume is the same, heck the box images still show the first Mystic Morpher.

Overall, there's really no big in either Mystic Morpher you choose.  If you're a collector like me, you might just want to pick this one up so you'll have both versions.
