There really isn't anything to review here.  Basically, some of the newer Solar Cell Morphers now come in a brighter blue paint, instead of the dark blue of the first versions.  The one upside to this new painting, is that it is the same color blue as the Japanese Magiranger Grip Phone.  But, other than the paint, everything is the same.
